The fine print

Privacy policy.

Effective July 22, 2026

The short version: we collect very little, we use it only to run the beta list, we never sell it, and you can leave anytime. Here's the whole thing in plain language.

What we collect

When you join the beta list, we collect your email address, your name if you choose to share it, and standard technical details that arrive with any form submission: your IP address, your browser's user agent, and which form on the site you used.

That's the complete list. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no ad tech, no data brokers lurking behind the guava gradients.

Why we collect it

Three reasons: to manage the beta list, to contact you about Guavala's progress and launch, and to keep spam and abuse out of the signup form (that's what the technical details are for). Nothing else.

Where it lives

Your information is stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for data, Vercel for hosting), which process it on our behalf. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. Ever.

How long we keep it

For as long as the beta list is a going concern, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. If Guavala launches and you become a customer, your account will be governed by the privacy terms of the product itself.

Your choices

Want off the list? Want your data deleted entirely? Email dev@guavala.app and it's done — no forms, no hoops, no “are you sure” gauntlet.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects data we've already collected from you, we'll email you first.

Questions

Anything unclear, or anything you want to know that isn't covered here? dev@guavala.app. A human reads it. We got you, boo.
